1 The choice of a tri-partite layout for the hospital stays area, which ensures natural lighting and ventilation in all environments, considerable energy savings and minimum use of mechanical systems, giving the patients a view of the landscape and ensuring to staff a working time in natural conditions. The same attention in the search for natural lighting has been placed for resting and living areas, and the main paths;
2 Separation of diagnostic services and treatment from hospitalization spaces with identification of three macro areas a) Diagnosis and medical treatment – outpatient, b) Diagnosis and instrumental treatment, c) Diagnosis and surgical treatment.
3 Rationality of the routes, organized to clearly separate public paths and routes reserved for health workers and patients.
