Foggia, 2020
The ideas competition for the redevelopment of the Parco Paglia di Foggia, organized by the Istituto Poligrafico dello Stato offers the opportunity to reflect on how to enhance and transform the former Military Chemical Center “Dr Saronio”. The project proposal includes a schedule of diversified actions aimed at achieving the objective of enhancing the Parco Paglia. The proposed actions are organized according to a distribution plan that includes the entire area, in a synergistic vision with the surrounding context. The project aims to define a new identity of the area as a place of initiatives at the service of citizens, as well as being an economic driver for the entire community with the possibility of hosting innovative activities related to energy and the environment.
